I got doctor appointments other Wednesday. To go Perth but ndis office said to get taxi or uber its freaking $$$$ plus spend uber.i only asked that bring me appointments .pls coordinate to your staff and office...good luck on your clients..and your company..very disappointed client here

Company cares more about profits than the ppl they care for!. extremely short staffed often leaving staff to have to do double and triple shifts not being able to go home to there familys or leaving clients with out any care!. Often putting staff in not ideal / unsafe situations, often leaving staff and clients with out continance aids wipes gloves etc. Often putting staff in unsafe situations and not putting any safety protocols into place, or providing staff with extra training for agressing clients and clients with who are under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Often Leaving staff blind sighted with little to no information on community based clients and no care plans in community based clients homes. Company needs to focus more on the quality of care there providing to there clients rather than just expanding to increase numbers and profits!. which is directly compromising the delivery of clients quality of care. And leaving staff burnt out feeling undervalued and loosing there passion for there job.
