St Jude’s Health Care Services

Hi, My wife has been a resident in A ward since early January this year. She has settled in nicely and calls there her home. Her studio room (which she is proud of ) is spacious and homely. All the staff are very caring and friendly. My wife tells us she likes living there and that everyone takes good care of her. I often have dinner with her when I visit. The meals are fresh and delicious. I always thank staff for caring and helping my lovely wife. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you St Jude's and God Bless. David Hagger

Signed with St Jude’s in February 2023 for my HCP and already sorry for signing with them. Support worker cleaner came today for supposedly 3 hours and had to ask her if she knew how to clean. Nothing done and then I am accused of not being happy with light domestic assistance yet no dusting, vacuuming limited bed not changed correctly with all bedding, floors not mopped, bathroom and toilet not cleaned. Now I found my shower door damaged and my electric blanket not working yet very new. Cleaner used one cleaning cloth for whole house and no cleaning products. Also have to keep asking for statements and still not received March 2023 one. Would not recommend anyone signing with this provider. I then get told that even though cleaner didn’t do the work that my HCP funds will still be debited because she “attended”. Great work St Jude’s taking funds that have not rightfully earned.

I have worked with many team members at St Jude's and each and every one of them have been amazing. Knowledgeable within their respective fields and work well together as a therapy team providing all round care and support for my children. Luke Hazelwood has been a driving force behind our family and has always gone above and beyond to provide the most professional and compassionate care. I have recommended St Jude's to many seeking therapies for their children and do so with nothing but confidence in their ability to provide expert support.I can not thank Luke, Elise & their team enough for everything they have done and continue to do. ❤️

Would absolutely recommend these wonderful therapists to anyone! We were at a point of complete despair, our 8 year old was completely lost and miserable at school, teachers didn’t know how to help him and we as parents were wondering how he would ever get an education. Fast forward to today and our little man is loving school, enjoying the work and is at the beginning stages of trusting people and heading towards full time school. I believe we never could have got here without St Jude’s help and unique approach. Special thanks and gratitude to Luke and Sim.

What a fantastic experience just being employed as one of St Jude’s Facilities Managers in WA. Most things are easy to discuss. St Judes is assisting me majorly with mental stability and building capacity. I feel greatful when I get sincere supports though some are very fake.. An outright liars.
